Lt22413: Add disjoint Bantu features to Inflection Feature Catalog

This is mostly data.

1. One part consists of updated configuration files for use with the XMLmind XML Editor (we're using a newer version now).
2. A second part consists of the master feature catalog file we use to produce a draft of the final product.
3. The third part is that final product: the EticGlossList.xml file. We have to hand edit it to use new GUIDs. This file is read by the Feature Catalog tool (in Grammar / Inflection Features) and in the morpheme glossing assistant (available as part of the new entry dialog) when adding an inflectional affix).
