Also upgrade patches, and apply them properly.
This is no longer necessary with patches cleanly applied.
New behavior was confirmed by Nora and matches the output of most browsers.
The lexbor/style component is not copied into php-src.
v2.7.0 was not released when this PR was opened. Apart from bumping version numbers, nothing changed.
