Is it possible to run superfile without config file on readonly system?
I got this errors

The [open_with] section doesn't seem to work for me. It opens almost everything (images, pdfs, ...) with rnote instead.
I placed it at the end of config.toml as mentioned and restarted superfile.

Running :zathura <file> from within superfile works just fine.

For windows, $spf_location = [Environment]::GetFolderPath("LocalApplicationData") + "\Programs\superfile\spf.exe" isn't necessarily the location for spf. I downloaded superfile from scoop, but after changing spf_location manually, the script works fine.

tbh this feature should be reworked and be implemented without the user needing to add code to his .bashrc

The reason we handle cd this way when quitting is that we haven't found a better solution yet. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let us know!

Is there any mechanism for superfile to reload its configuration without stop/starting the application? My use-case is automatic theming when toggling light/dark mode in gnome. spf is one of my main applications and I always have it running in kitty and am fairly frequently changing between dark/light mode.

There isn't any. But it can be built by creating a listening socket for superfile.
