How to get entitlements with offline Licensing?

The decrypted license file only contains links to entitlements, policies etc. In air-gapped env there is no way to query for the entitlements content. Then how can I check if a feature is disabled? Do I have to add all these data to the License metadata?

Relationships can be included during license (or machine) checkout via the include query parameter, e.g. entitlements can be included with ?include=entitlements. An array of the included resources will be under the included key.
