google spaces web hook retry after a HTTP 429 response

Thank you for the great project.

I have over 30 CCTV cameras that are remotely monitored using Gatus. When the remote site loses internet connectivity, Gatus sends 30 notifications at the same time to Google Spaces using a webhook. Google rate-limits webhooks and returns an HTTP 429 'rate limit exceeded' response, and these notifications are lost.

Can we please add retry logic to Gatus when webhooks are rate-limited?
