The module list will not update automatically

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

When the vector UI is open or running in the background, the module list does not refresh automatically after a new module is installed, nor can it be updated by swiping down. You have to swipe away the card and then re-enter the program for it to load.

Additionally, the saved log file name still begins with LSPosed.

There's a problem with the module list logic right now. If possible, I'd like to send the video privately for a clearer view. I will send it to you via tg with your permission.

Like: Even if the module is uninstalled, Vector will still send you a notification that you can choose recommended apps if it is not activated. Clicking the notification will also take you to the settings page.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

After installing a new module (or uninstalling a module), the module list should update automatically, or you can update it by swiping down.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Module list will not be updated.
